Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
